Security Overview

Keeping customer data safe and secure is a huge responsibility and a top priority for us. Here's how we make it happen:

Your Jira Cloud data is stored on your device.

Velocity Studio communicates with Jira Cloud directly from your device. Your Atlassian account API tokens and Jira Cloud data is never transmitted to our servers, and is not accessible to us.

Velocity Studio stores data from Jira Cloud in a local database on your device.

Your Atlassian account API tokens are securely stored on your device using your operating system's credential management system, following best practices for responsible credential storage.

We protect your account information.

Whenever your Velocity Studio account data and Velocity Studio license information are in transit between you and us, everything is encrypted, and sent using HTTPS. Within our firewalled private networks, data may be transferred unencrypted.

We protect your billing information.

All credit card transactions are processed using secure encryption—the same level of encryption used by leading banks. Card information is transmitted, stored, and processed securely on a PCI-Compliant network by our payment processor.
